Lumbar (Low Back) Pain
Low back pain can be acute (less than four weeks) or chronic (more than three months). Pain may be associated with muscle spasms.
Causes include:
- Strain
- Osteoarthritis
- Degenerative disc disease
- Herniated discs
- Lack of exercise
- Obesity
- Structural or postural abnormalities
- Stenosis
