Lumbar Spinal Stenosis
Lumbar spinal stenosis is the narrowing of the spinal canal that compresses nerves and the spinal cord by movement of the bone into the space. Signs and symptoms include chronic or recurrent back pain that may radiate to buttock and leg. Causes include traumatic and/or degenerative changes to the spine. Treatments for lumbar spinal stenosis can include epidural steroid injections.
